IS THERE A US COMPANY THAT THE PUBLIC CAN PURCHASE A WIND GERERATOR AND HAVE IT INSTALLED?

I want to find out about wind power. I live in a semi rural area on a 1-1/2 acre piece of land. How huge of a generator do I need for a 4BR Home with A/C running 7-8 months a year. Looking for a company who can sell and install the unit and handle permits and other requirements. A Turn-Key deal is what I want if practical and cost effective.

Does Anyone Here Has The E-book “Poor Man’s Guide To Wind Power And Battery Systems” And actually build one of the Generators? Do They Work? And was it in the calculated price range?
Thanks for the answers but peoples, please, I know where to get plans. But: Have you actually build one? Was it within the price and did it work as described? I asked for the Poor Man’s guide because that is what I am and for whom the generators eventually are: Poor fisherman who sometimes can’t afford to charge the batteries in their homes. I need to know because I earn just 225$ a month and can’t afford a pricey failure.

I’m looking to purchase or build a wind mill to generator DC power (12DC at a few watts) for under $200, I just want to begin out small for now and to charge a 12 battery maybe to use for yard light.
I HAVE A 110 VOLT REFRIGERATOR THAT I WOULD LIKE TO POWER WITH A SOLAR PANEL OR WIND GENERATOR.?

It is a full-size model made in 1995. I can not find the watts usage but it is 60 hz and 6.5 amps at full load. I need to know what size inverter, how many deep cell batteries, and how much 12 volt power I would need to put back into the batteries to keep them charged. Thank y’all.
