Will a 11watt philips energy saving bulb be superior than a normal 40 watt household bulb to begin seedlings?
I’m starting off some tomato seedlings underneath a small bulb then transplanting outside. The energy saving bulb is a lot more brighter but doesn’t get as warm as the other.
