Question by MysticalG:
Does anyone know if it takes more energy to turn a personal on or to leave it on? Trying to save energy!?
I’ve always heard that it takes more energy to turn a personal on than to leave it on, and thus leave my personal on, all day. Is there anyone trying to create a cheaper and more efficient solar panel?

And the creator of the project stated he one day wanted to cover each rooftop in the US with these solar panels. Seems like a good idea to me but I havent heared anything of it for a long time and I do not know what they are called… any help?
