Does a solar panel produce the same amount of electricity in a cold environment as it does hot one?
Let’s state you take a solar panel, and set it up in your backyard. Would it produce the same electricty on a cold winter day as it would a warm summer day, provided both days have a clear sky? Forget about different sun angles, in the winter, or longer vs. shorter days, I am just speaking specifically temp here. Thanks!

Some of the light fixtures in my home can hold as many as five bulbs. If I only use two or three bulbs will I save electricity?
