Searching for the ideal value for a budget of $600 for an electric heater. Im seeing some at Cosco that have this LED technology and havnt seen it before. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks a lot.

I have in mind a small solar panel that could be plugged into a wall socket. Do I need a converter or some kind of interference between the two power sources so there aren’t any unpleasant explosions? I do not know much about this sort of thing so please be nice.
