How to keep solar panel cooler?
In the hot sun, the metal frame of a solar panel gets very hot. And the glass covering the solar cells get hot too. What would be an affordable and good way to cool down it down and not lose the voltage and current it’s putting out?
As a side question, will the heat of the glass and metal damage the solar cells contained inside? Or are they being protected by being within the enclosure?

A company wants $ 5K to install a solar powered cooler, but I only want to purchase the dc motor and panel and he will not sell those to me. Where can I find the parts I need. I want to save energy.
