When I turn my personal on, the fan runs, but does nothing. The monitor states “energy saving mode”then blank.?
The fan constantly runs. It responds to nothing. I have unplugged and replugged. I have unhooked and re-hooked everything. Still nothing. No new software has been added. When I first turn it on, the monitor reads, “energy saving mode” then the screen goes blank. It is a gateway desk top.
Sorry, the monitor reads “Power Saving Mode” not energy saving mode. I replaced the battery on the motherboard, uplugged everything and plugged back in. Still does the same thing. HELP!!!
