Some really cheap & effective ways to save energy?
I have a few ways to save money and energy (use fluorescent bulbs, use rags instead of paper towels) but are there any more? And if so, what are some REALLY good ways of motivating people to do these things? Like, I know people will use fluorescent light bulbs because they last longer and they save a lot of money.

vs using grid power all the time ? i am thinking of doing this and putting in one or two lights in key locations were my family and i all ways have a light on at night for a few hours a night. i might use more or less lights depending on the battery charge.
