Is it superior to turn off the personal when it is not being used or leave it on if we want to save electricity?
Bottom line is we want to lower our electric bill, and if we are going to sleep, should we turn off the personal to save electricity or does it take more electricity to turn it off and back on in the morning?

Well, I am looking for a cheap way on building a solar panel, instead of buying by the manufacturing stores. I would like to stay in the budget up to 1,000 dollars. I want to have Solar Energy for my home because the sun is always shining. Is there a way I can make the Light power some of my house? What would I need? How much time would it take?

I’ve noticed a new charge on our electric bill called PCA. It was explained that it stands for Power Cost Adjustment, which varies from month to month to compensate for the regular fluctuations in the price of the coal and natural gas used to generate the electricity you consume.
What a crock! Our home is completely electric. Our last bill was $423.00 for the electricity…the PCA charge was $268.00. Doesn’t the cost of the electricity already factor in the cost of making it? But now we have to pay for it to be generated. I think a wind generator made specifically for one home’s electrical needs would be money well spent. Any ideas if this PCA charge is legal? Any ideas on where we can find alternate sources of electricity for our home? As high as the bill is, we are going to be left in the dark anyway.
