Question by el gato sin dientes:
What are the ideal way to save energy on my apartment?

Does anyone has a list showing how much it would cost to change lights bulbs, insulation, windows, appliances, solar water heater, solan panels? How will each saved me on electricity?
I would like to begin upgrading my apartment for the least costly changes to the most.
Is there anything else i should change too?

Q&A: HAVE YOU SWITCHED THE LIGHT BULBS IN YOUR HOUSE OR APARTMENT TO ENERGY SAVING BULBS YET?
Mar 9th
Question by Dreams:
Have you switched the light bulbs in your home or apartment to Energy Saving bulbs yet?
I just purchased an Energy Saving bulb that uses 15 watts of electricity but produces the same amount of light as a 60 watt bulb. It is supposed to last 5-6 years too. Over the life of the new bulb I am supposed to save approximately $ 35 on my electric bill. I will not lie, the Energy Saving bulb was expensive–about $ 7–but I think it was a wise investment.
Are you going to switch to Energy Saving light bulbs now that you know how much you can save? Do not forget, you will be slicing down on carbon emissions considerably.
