Use caulk around outdoor windows, and press & peel sealer on indoor ones, anywhere they leak. Tape plastic over windows in winter to keep drafts at bay. Install “thresholds” on outside doors, and use a bean or sand filled draft stopper at the bottom. Get a programmable thermostat, insulate the attic, and be sure all storm doors & windows fit tightly.
