These seem like a good idea. They are well-constructed and priced well. They help some in focusing light; however, my ceiling is very high and the light still seems to dissipate, so my application of these light fixtures is not as good as I would have liked.

So simple! So inexpensive! So perfect for the job! This reflector does exactly what it is designed to do, reflect light downward. It puts more of your bulb’s light where needed.
We should be using flourescent bulbs whenever possible; but Winter is pretty cold in northern Minnesota, and my garage needs incandescents at that time of year. These reflectors work well, and even allow me to use smaller bulbs. I can still feel semi-green. So can you.
