I have a Solar Energy essay for Bio-Ecology.and i do not know how to start?what could i do?
im having trouble on my essay.
i do not know anything about solar energy.
we’re split into groups of four and my topic about solar energy is
SOLUTIONS;local,state,national and international.
what does that mean?
im lost?and my biology instructor he intimidates me,im too scared to ask for help.yikesss! :(

Since is a bio ecology class, I am thinking he wants to make the argument for using renewable to protect the biosphere, vs burning coal (mercury pollution) and nuclear (radiation risk). Also, the use of fossil fuels is putting too much carbon into the atmosphere and causing shifts in our seasons, rains where it used to be dry and drought where it used to be wet.

Local, state, national and international might reference what communities can do locally, or says can do (rebates and tax credits), national energy policy and cooperation among nations (Kyoto treaty)

Each one in your group discusses possible solutions to the solar energy problem. One person take possible local solutions, another person takes possible say solutions, etc. Each person in your group should do their own research, and be prepared to present their material themselves. But then that is just the way I’d do it….

what is being asked is what type of solutions (electric generation – solar panels) can be developed at the various levels. what can be done at the local level etc. for example:
local – solar powered homes
state – panel farms and tax incentives to develop solar energy solutions
federal – solar power grids and laws supporting solar energy production
international – conferences on solar energy, sharing technology, etc.
