Not if they are at the moment filament lamps. Light Emitting Diodes are a totally different animal and you would blow them when switched on. It would be cheaper to buy the LED set than try to modify the lights you have.

I bought Led replacements for some small Incandescent bulbs and the customer was not happy with the output of light, nor was I !
The cost was a drag too !
Buy new sets !
