I can’t tell you in dollors but.
If you live in a hot area it will be very helpful on your A/C bill in the summer.
Have you ever been in your aric in the summer?
It will vent most of that heat out before you have to pay to cool it.
I think the biggest plus is …………………
If your atic isn’t vented properly it will shorthen the life span of your roofing shingles a great deal.

Any kind of attic venting will help keep the house cooler in the summer, which saves energy on fans or air conditioning. If the attic isn’t vented, the heat generated by the sun hitting the roof will not be dissipated. So, it will radiate down through the insulation and into the ceiling. It will also stay hot longer, because there is nothing removing the trapped heat.
If the attic is vented, a lot of the heat from the sun hitting the roof will be removed from the attic. So, less heat will radiate through the insulation and the ceiling. It will also remove the heat after the sun has gone down. So, the house will be cooler and not require as much energy to keep at a comfortable temperature.
